The first batch of drugs released under a Chinese grant will arrive in Sri Lanka tomorrow (03).The Chinese Embassy in Colombo has donated 512,640 RMB 10 million life-saving life-saving inoxaparin sodium syringes to Sri Lanka.The first batch of 256,320 of the 512,640 life-saving inoxaparin sodium syringe syringes will arrive at midnight tomorrow, the embassy said.The Chinese embassy further said that the first consignment of drugs was part of the RMB 500 million grant from China to Sri Lanka.”China will deliver the drugs in bulk through two rounds,” the embassy added.
