The All-Ceylon Three-Wheeler Owners’ Association has decided to increase the fee charged for the first kilometer of tricycles to 120 rupees.
Its chairman, Lalith Dharmasekara, said that after the proper supply of fuel and the start of regulatory activities, it is possible to expect a tariff revision.
