Electricity Board Chairman M.M.C Ferdinando has resigned.
Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera said in a post on his Twitter account that he had accepted the resignation letter.
The Twitter message further states that Nalinda Illangakoon will be appointed as the new Chairman of the Ceylon Electricity Board.
