While the Israeli-Hamas crisis escalates, a special conference headed by American President Joe Biden, who is coming to the Middle East, is scheduled to be held in Jordan, but King Abdullah of Jordan has cancelled that conference.
This is because 500 people lost their lives in the Israeli airstrike on Al Ahil Hospital in the Gaza Strip, expressing displeasure. Jordan is a friendly neighbour to Israel.
US President Joe Biden, with the support of King Abdullah, had organized the conference to meet Palestinian President Mohammad Abbas and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi in Jordan to discuss the Israeli-Hamas crisis. (Al Jazeera)
