Railway Department says that the railway ticket fee revision will be effective from midnight tomorrow (22).
Accordingly, Railway General Manager Dhammika Jayasundara mentioned that the gazette notification regarding the fare revision has been published by now.
According to the new fee revision, the minimum fee which was 10 rupees has been raised to 20 rupees.
