The Lanka Railway Controllers’ Union has decided to temporarily call of the strike action which was scheduled to be launched from midnight today (19).
Accordingly, the union has decided to postpone the strike by two weeks.
The Lanka Railway Controllers’ Union had previously announced it will engage in a 48-hour token strike from midnight today (19), citing several issues, including delays in promotions.
