Fort Magistrate Thilina Gamage issued a notice yesterday (31) to Duminda Nagamuwa, the propaganda secretary of the Vanguard Socialist Party.
It is said that this notice has been issued in relation to a statement made by Duminda Nagamuwa on Facebook and YouTube channels insulting the Minister of Public Security, Tiran Alas.
Accordingly, a notice has been issued asking Duminda to appear in the open court in Nagamuwa on September 6th.
