According to the report, the government has decided to form an all-party government with 30 ministers.
The Secretary General of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna, Member of Parliament Mr. Sagara Kariyawasam has said that the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna also supports this all-party government. It is also stated that the opposition parties who supported the election of the president also support the all-party government.
Meanwhile, the opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa says that he will not join the government that attacked the protesters. Instead, he stated that he would form a national council from the opposition leader’s office and it would meet twice a week and make decisions.
