Heavy traffic at Peliyagoda exit of Katunayake Expressway

Heavy traffic congestion has been reported at the Peliyagoda exit of the Colombo–Katunayake Expressway (E03), Ada Derana reporter said.

The traffic congestion is reported to have been caused by the prevailing rainy weather conditions.

However, the police stated that necessary measures are being taken to restore normal traffic flow swiftly.

Meanwhile, heavy traffic congestion was observed on several roads in and around Colombo this morning (22) due to the ongoing rainfall, Ada Derana reporter said.
