Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera says that the defects in fuel distribution have been corrected and additional stocks have been released in the last 4 days.
He also mentions that 4,000 metric tons of diesel and 3,000 metric tons of gasoline are distributed daily through the petroleum storage terminal.
The Minister further states that the fuel requirements for buses and school services have been met and another 35,000 metric tons of 92 petrol is to be unloaded tonight.
