Central Bank Governor Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe says that it is expected that the loan facility expected to be obtained by Sri Lanka from the International Monetary Fund will be received by the end of this year.
The Governor of the Central Bank stated this in an interview with the Bloomberg channel.
The Governor of the Central Bank states that if all the external creditors agree to the debt management strategy of the Sri Lankan government, the loans can be obtained in the next three or four months.
Central Bank Governor Dr. Nandalal Weerasinghe further stated that the situation can be managed without restructuring domestic debt.
