Eating one bite of garlic dipped in honey in the morning on an empty stomach helps a lot in controlling high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Garlic dipped in honey or “Galic honey” is not very popular in our country, but it is a very popular dish in some countries. Garlic dipped in honey is a medicine that cures many diseases in addition to food.

Garlic can be called one of the most beneficial foods (spice, flavoring) among the things we eat. Garlic belongs to the same plant genus as onion. Garlic is not only a natural flavoring used to flavor food. By strengthening the immune system and protecting our body from germs, we can get many benefits from garlic, such as developing antioxidants and regularizing blood circulation. These contain sulfur which is necessary to make the body active. Garlic can also help in producing antibodies in the body. Also, regular consumption of garlic can reduce the risk of cancer. Garlic can be called a medicine that controls many diseases like blood pressure and blood sugar.

Honey also has unlimited benefits. The benefits of this are so much that drinking a teaspoon of honey after waking up every morning can help you live longer and avoid diseases. You can get health benefits like the heart functioning better, losing unnecessary weight in the body, better memory, being able to sleep comfortably, and improving mental health. It is mentioned in the book that the ancients also used honey to heal wounds that could not be healed. Honey is a powerful antioxidant, complete with many nutrients like vitamins, iron, calcium, zinc, and potassium. Also, honey has the ability to travel through any channel in our body. This is why some medicines are given mixed with honey.

Eating one bite of garlic dipped in honey in the morning on an empty stomach helps a lot in controlling high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Apart from that, many benefits can be obtained from it to increase the vision of the eyes, prevent conditions like constipation, and reduce the unnecessary body weight of obese people.

Let’s make a bowl of garlic dipped in honey at home

First, take some garlic cloves and peel them. Then take a big glass bottle and put honey in it. After adding honey to about half of the bottle, put the well-cleaned garlic cloves in the honey bottle. Not all at once. If you add it slowly one by one, you can add more garlic depending on how the honey level rises.

Now you have finished preparing this simple food which is a cure for many diseases. But these cannot be eaten as soon as they are made. It should be kept for at least two to three weeks. When you look after two or three weeks, you can see that the honey has lost its consistency and has increased in liquidity. That’s when garlic dipped in honey is the best to eat. If you can eat a garlic clove of this on an empty stomach every morning after waking up, you can get very good results.
