A tense situation was reported near the S.W.R.D. Bandaranaike statue near the Galle Face Green in Colombo as the Police attempted to arrest four protesters. The Police had attempted to arrest the anti-government protesters on charges of violating a recent court order that was issued pertaining to the vicinity of the statue. On Wednesday (20), the Colombo Fort Magistrate issued an order prohibiting the public from assembling around a 50-meter radius distance of the statue.The S.W.R.D.
