It is reported that the Colombo High Court has issued summons to former Minister Johnston Fernando and three others.
It is said that the summons has been issued to hand over indictments in a case filed by the Bribery Commission.
The Bribery Commission has filed this case alleging that the government has caused a loss by removing employees of the Sathosa from their legal duties and engaging them in political activities.
The former minister has been summoned to appear in the Colombo High Court on July 04.
