The report of the cabinet sub-committee appointed by the cabinet regarding the retirement age of doctors has been given to the president. Accordingly, it is stated that the President has instructed the officials to extend the retirement age of doctors to 63 years until the end of 2024.
The President’s Media Division further stated that based on the report, the President has given instructions to the Minister of Health and officials to take further decisions in relation to the need of the Ministry of Health in special cases.
