With the beginning of winter in the world in 2023, a special flight (Charter Flight) carrying 252 tourists from the Czech Republic arrived at Katunayake Airport today (25).
A plane of Polish Lottery (L.O.T.) was deployed for this and that plane arrived at Katunayake Airport at 06.55 in the morning today (25).
There, the aircraft was welcomed with a water salute and the passengers from this aircraft were welcomed with traditional dances and gifts were presented to them by the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, Airports and Airlines Limited and the Sri Lankan travel agencies.
These special flights are scheduled to arrive at Katunayake Airport carrying tourists from the Czech Republic until the end of the country’s winter season, i.e. until March 26, 2024. (Lankadeepa)
