The Minister of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government, Dinesh Gunawardena states that the Cabinet approved the proposal to grant leave to public servants on Friday in view of the current fuel crisis.
Accordingly, the proposal will be implemented from this week and will not include health, power and energy, education, security and other essential services, the Minister said.
