The Colombo Magistrate’s Court has issued a warrant to arrest Dr. Pathum Kerner, who was an activist in the struggle, and bring him to court.
It is reported that the order has been issued due to his failure to appear in court in relation to the case regarding the incident at Polduwa intersection.
