In the North, North Central, Eastern, Uva and Central Provinces there may be rain or thunder from time to time. The Department of Meteorology also announces that heavy rains of more than 50 may occur.
In the rest of the areas, rain or thunder may occur in some places in the evening or at night, and in some places in Sabaragamuwa province, Kalutara and Galle districts will receive mm. The announcement further states that more than 75 degrees of heavy rain may occur.
