The Department of Meteorology says that rain may occur from time to time in Sabaragamuwa province and Nuwara Eliya and Kandy districts today (07).
The department states that several rainy seasons may occur in the Western and North-Western provinces and Galle and Matara districts.
In the western slopes of the central hills and in the southern province from time to time windy per km. There is a possibility of strong winds around (40-50).
The Department of Meteorology requests the people to take necessary measures to minimize the dangers caused by temporary strong winds and lightning that may occur with thunderstorms.
