Ceylon Private Bus Owners Association says that 15% of private buses will run today.
Its chairman, Gemunu Wijeratne, said that measures will be taken to run private buses depending on the amount of fuel received from the Langama depot.
However, he further states that the amount of fuel provided by the Langama depot is not sufficient.
