Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has been officially informed by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa that he will resign as previously announced, according to the Prime Minister’s Media Division.

Accordingly, President Gotabaya Rajapaksa is scheduled to resign on July 13.
