American President Joe Biden, who is visiting Israel, has emphasized that the Palestinian residents of the Gaza Strip, who have been affected by the Israeli conflict, will receive humanitarian aid quickly through Egypt.
The Gaza Strip is located between Israel and Egypt. Humanitarian aid to Gaza’s Palestinians has to go through the Rafah border crossing with Egypt. Biden has also explained that 20 trucks carrying aid will arrive in Gaza.
American President Biden explained this after talking to Egyptian President Al-Sisi on the phone and discussing the crisis at length. (Al Jazeera)
