The Sri Lanka netball team is scheduled to leave Botswana for South Africa today (25th) for the Netball World Cup.
Group ‘C’ will be represented in the first round of the 2023 Netball World Cup and Sri Lanka will participate in the first match against Jamaica on the 28th. On July 29, they will play hosts South Africa, and on July 30, they will play against Wales.
Sri Lanka participated in four training matches including the Botswana national team and ended the training tour by winning 2 of those four matches and losing 2 matches. (Divaina)
