Sri Lanka enters the first top 05 countries that should be given immediate relief due to the debt crisis

The United Nations Development Program says that Sri Lanka is among the 05 countries that need immediate relief due to the severe debt crisis.

Accordingly, the other countries are Pakistan, Tunisia, Chad and Zambia.

Also, the United Nations Development Program has warned that 54 countries will experience an increase in poverty without immediate debt relief.

The report issued by them further states that those people need immediate debt relief or they may become poorer.
