The International Monetary Fund has officially announced that a working group level agreement has been reached between Sri Lanka and the International Monetary Fund.
Accordingly, the International Monetary Fund states that Sri Lanka will receive comprehensive funding facilities of 2.9 billion dollars from the International Monetary Fund in the future.
The International Monetary Fund further states that this will be implemented with a program of 48 months.
