Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera says that the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery has restarted.
Accordingly, the Minister says that the necessary arrangements have been made for the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery to operate at full capacity for 40 days.
The minister states that 100,000 metric tons of crude oil is currently being unloaded and another 120,000 metric tons will arrive next week.
