According to Irrigation Department, minor flood situation reports in Millakanda (Kalu) area and Panadugama (Nilwala). Water levels in Aththanagalu Oya, Kelani, Kalu, Gin and Nilawala rivers are rising due to heavy rains.
Irrigation Department says due to rising water levels in Aththanagalu Oya, Kelani, Kalu, Gin and Nilawala rivers due to heavy rains people living in low lying areas advised to be vigilant.
