President Ranil Wickramasinghe has given a special notice to the Ministers and members of the ruling party that he will refrain from travelling abroad on the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th of September next parliamentary week.
The President has issued the above order as the motion of no confidence brought by the opposition against the Minister of Health Mr Keheliya Rambukwella is to be debated and voted on.
President Ranil Wickramasinghe announced this decision at the cabinet meeting held yesterday (28).
The Samagi Jana Balawegaya demanded in Parliament that two or three days be needed to debate the motion of no confidence against Mr Keheliya Rambukwella and the government agreed.
