Highways Minister Dr Bandula Gunawardena said that the Port Access Elevated Highway running on the pillars is expected to be opened by the end of September next year.
The minister mentioned that about 70 percent of the construction of the port entrance highway has been completed and the rest of the construction work is proceeding rapidly.
