Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa claimed that the Opposition and the Samagi Jana Balawega (SJB) will most likely be given chairmanships of several significant Parliament Committees.
It is a beneficial trait, according to Premadasa. As a result, the Opposition Leader stated that he would recommend to the administration that the Opposition be granted the chairmanship of practically all key Committees.
Premadasa stated that ministerial posts are not required to build or serve the country. The Committees provide a thorough means for the Opposition to contribute to the country’s growth.
These words were delivered by the Opposition Leader during a debate held yesterday (15) as part of the National Programme for Changes, which aims to develop Sri Lanka via social reforms. The discussion on educational changes took place in Colombo at the Opposition Leader’s Office.
