No hope of increasing bus fares – Bus Associations

Gemunu Wijeratne, President of the Ceylon Private Bus Owners’ Association, says that although the price of diesel has been increased, bus fares are not expected to increase.

Accordingly, he mentions that last time when diesel was reduced by 15 rupees, there was no revision of bus fares and again, due to the increase of the same amount, there will be no revision of bus fares.
