The fuel quota allocated for vehicles under the National Fuel Pass system has been increased, according to several registered users.
The Energy Ministry had allocated a fuel quota per week for vehicles under the new fuel distribution system.
Several registered users have reported an increase in the quota shown on their National Fuel Pass app.
The fuel quota per week has reportedly increased as follows:
Cars – 20 litres
Three-wheelers – 05 litres
Motorcycles – 04 litres
Minister Kanchana Wijesekera announced yesterday that the National Fuel Pass system will be implemented from the 1st of August.
