It is stated that the government has decided to give leave without pay to government officials to study for doctorate degree without affecting their seniority and pension.
It is stated that this permission has been given under State Administration Circular 28/2022 issued by the Ministry of State Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government.
It is further stated in the relevant circular that the decision was taken in the Cabinet meeting held on 12.09.2022.
