The Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority says that the number of foreign tourists who have come to Sri Lanka from the beginning of 2023 to August 10 is 819,507.
The authority stated that more than 51,000 tourists alone arrived in the first 10 days of August 2023.
Last July, 143,039 tourists came to Sri Lanka, which is the highest number of tourists in a single month of 2023.
