With the prevailing bad weather conditions, landslide warnings have been issued for several districts.
According to the National Building Research Organization, stage 1 and 2 landslide warnings have been issued for Kandy, Kegalle, Kurunegala, Moneragala, Nuwara Eliya and Ratnapura districts.
Also, a level 03 landslide warning has been issued to Passara Divisional Secretariat in Badulla District.
