Yoghurt is a very healthy dessert. Especially for young children and adults. Materials needed:

  • Take a 1 kg tub of yoghurt
  • 175 grams of icing sugar
  • 25 grams of gelatin
  • 1 cup less milk (milk powder or fresh milk can be used for this)
  • Put some pieces of fruit in some sugar and heat it. (fruit syrup)

How to make:

For yoghurt, put some gelatin dissolved in 5 tablespoons of icing sugar, milk and hot water in a bowl. Now stir this well with a spoon and heat it on low flame for about 8 minutes. Then take it off the stove. Beat well with the help of a beater. If you like, you can put it in a blender and blend it. Now add some fruit pieces (fruit syrup) boiled in sugar water and keep them in the refrigerator. Serve chilled. But this pudding takes about 18 or 20 hours to set. So if you are making it for a certain occasion, prepare it the day before and put it in the refrigerator.
