The Janaraja Perahera, which was held after thirty-four years at the historical Sri Dalada Palace in Kandy, visited the streets of Kandy yesterday (19).
The President’s Media Division stated that the inaugural event will be presided over by President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena.
This procession was organized in conjunction with the 75th Independence Day celebrations.
