According to the National Consumer Price Index, inflation in November has decreased compared to last October.
Accordingly, the Department of Census and Statistics stated that the inflation in Sri Lanka which was 70.6% in the last month of October has come down to 65% in the month of November.
Also, the department further states that food inflation in Sri Lanka, which was reported as 80.9% in October, has come down to 69.8% in November.
