Performance Curve.
Everyone experiences stress, but did you know that there’s actually a stress performance curve? This curve shows how our level of stress affects our performance.

🥱 UNDER-STRESSED ( Comfort Zone )

When we’re under-stressed, we don’t perform as well as we could. Our under-stress can be caused by things like not having enough challenges in our lives or feeling bored by the ones we currently have.
😩 OVER-STRESSED ( Burn Out)

On the other hand, when we’re overstressed, we also don’t perform as well as we could. This is because when we’re under too much pressure, we can’t think straight and our body isn’t able to function properly.
😀 THE SWEET SPOT (Just Right)

The sweet spot is when we’re just right – not too stressed and not too relaxed. This is when we’re able to perform at our best.
So how can you tell if you’re under-stressed, just right, or overstressed?
If you find yourself underperforming, it might be a sign that you need more challenges in your life.
If you find yourself constantly worrying and your body feels tense, it might be a sign that you’re overstressed and need to let go of something.
The key is to find a balance that works for you. Everyone’s perfect level of stress is different.
