HotJobs, Sri Lanka’s first AI driven recruitment platform, was officially launched on 17
March 2026 at Cinnamon Life, Cumulus Ballroom, introducing a new technology enabled
approach to hiring for employers and job seekers in Sri Lanka.
Developed to transform how employers and candidates connect, HotJobs is designed to make
hiring smarter, faster, and more effective. As a next generation jobs portal in Sri Lanka, the
platform aims to improve the recruitment experience through intelligent matching, better
accessibility, and a more streamlined process for both companies and candidates. The launch
comes at a time when the recruitment industry is increasingly moving towards technology
enabled, insight driven, and user focused hiring solutions.
HotJobs is the first product launched under Careers360 Sri Lanka, a new HR focused
company created through the collaboration between InTalent Asia and InspireX. Built on a
shared vision to create a stronger and more connected ecosystem of HR products and
services, Careers360 brings together recruitment expertise and technology innovation to
support the future of work and respond to the changing needs of employers and candidates.
Commenting on the launch, Heshani Kaumadi, CEO of HotJobs & InTalent Asia, said,
“HotJobs was created with a clear vision to improve the way employers and candidates
connect. As hiring continues to evolve, we believe there is a strong need for smarter and more
responsive platforms that combine technology with real recruitment insight. HotJobs is an
important first step in building that future.”
The launch event brought together industry leaders, CXOs, and HR professionals for an
evening focused on the future of recruitment, talent, and workforce innovation in Sri Lanka.
The official product launch took place at the start of the event and was followed by a panel
discussion, creating a platform for conversation around how technology, data, and practical
industry insight can shape the next phase of hiring.
With HotJobs, Careers360 Sri Lanka begins its journey to build a stronger, smarter, and more
connected HR ecosystem. As an AI driven job site in Sri Lanka, HotJobs reflects the growing
shift towards modern recruitment solutions, helping employers hire better and helping
candidates access opportunities in a faster, more meaningful, and more effective way.
