Kanchana Wijesekera, the minister of power and energy, stated yesterday that no new national fuel passes will be given in the upcoming 48 hours.
The Minister announced that the National Fuel Pass would be temporarily stopped for 48 hours in order to perform computer system upgrades at the Motor Traffic Department. He said that the fuel supply of customers who have fuel licenses won’t be impacted by these maintenance procedures.
