Former state minister Vijayakala Maheswaran met with a car accident yesterday morning (29) in the Mundalam area. It is said that she was admitted to Chilaw General Hospital after the accident.
Media reports further state that she is currently being treated in the intensive care unit of Chilaw Hospital.
