The Asian Development Bank has approved an emergency loan of $200 million for Sri Lanka.
The Asian Development Bank states that the funds earmarked for the projects currently being carried out in this country have been diverted for this loan support.
This will improve food security and provide relief to women and children suffering from poverty.
