DIMO, a leading diversified conglomerate in Sri Lanka, together with TATA Motors, is hosting the ‘DIMO – TATA Mega Campaign’ from the 9th to the 21st of January 2023 at 16 DIMO – TATA Workshops and 32 onsite locations across the island. The campaign offers all TATA commercial vehicle customers, an opportunity to ensure their vehicle runs at the optimum condition with minimum breakdowns and maintenance costs, resulting in a smooth flow in the customer’s daily operations and a long lifetime of vehicles which is imperative, especially during the current context where vehicle imports are restricted.

Customers will receive a multitude of benefits including a comprehensive free-of-charge 80-point inspection of their vehicle which covers the engine, gearbox, differential, propeller shaft, clutch, suspension, steering, brake, hydraulics, electricals, fuel systems and more. Detailed reports on each inspection can also be obtained, along with advice on what repairs and services are required to maintain the vehicle at its best. Additionally, customers who attend this campaign can also avail themselves of discount vouchers for up to 50% off spare parts which are valid until the 31st of March 2023 and can be used multiple times during the given time period.

During the campaign, customers will also be made aware of Service & Repair packages offered by DIMO – TATA workshops island-wide which cover lubrication services, clutch repairs, brake pad replacement, timing belt, hub greasing, engine repairs and overhauling related to most TATA commercial vehicle models. These packages offer customers a value addition which cannot be matched by other garages, at extremely reasonable prices and is conducted within a stipulated time. Limited edition DIMO – TATA branded t-shirts are also available for customers along with free-of-charge oil top-ups and more.

Avail many benefits and maintenance support from the experts at the DIMO – TATA Mega Campaign

Mr Mahesh Karunaratne, Chief Operating Officer – After Sales of DIMO said, “The island-wide DIMO – TATA Mega Campaign was implemented to provide our customers with the right start to vehicle maintenance for the year 2023. Our service offerings are designed to ensure that customers receive timely and affordable services. The campaign is attributed to DIMO being the perfect partner for vehicle owners and encapsulates our purpose of fuelling the dreams and aspirations of all the stakeholders in the mobility industry”.

Mr Karunaratne further stated, “Proper maintenance of a vehicle will not only ensure reliability but also increases fuel efficiency during a time where fuel price and availability is a major concern and also improves the vehicle’s overall performance. It also negates the need for additional maintenance and operational costs and improves its value as well. The need for proper vehicle maintenance is of paramount importance in the current economic context and this campaign will help assure customers of a smoother operation of their vehicles”.
