El Salvador’s left-wing president, Nayib Bukele, says that the country will grant citizenship to scientists, engineers, artists and philosophers who show high talent.
El Salvador is a small Spanish-speaking country in Central America. The population is 6,336 million. It is also said that citizenship is given to foreign scholars and intellectuals to develop the country. Those foreigners will also have the right to vote after acquiring citizenship.
