he Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) said that the assets declarations of Presidential candidates are now available on its official website for public access.
In accordance with Section 89 of the Anti-Corruption Act, Presidential candidates submitted their assets and liabilities statements along with their nomination papers to the Election Commission.
These statements have since been forwarded to the CIABOC.
Accordingly, the redacted versions of the relevant asset and liability declarations, with certain non-disclosable information removed as per Subsection 88(1) of the Anti-Corruption Act, are now being made public.
