The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Saturday arrested a key accused in the Sri Lankan human trafficking case who was on the run for the last three years.Seeni Aabulkhan from Sri lanka was nabbed from Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, where he was hiding.
