In the wake of the Russian invasion, the administration of American President Joe Biden provides financial aid and military aid to Ukraine. The Biden administration has decided to give 60 billion US dollars to Ukraine, but it has not received the approval of the American Congress (Parliament). That’s because rival Republicans oppose the proposal.
