A special discussion to inform all foreign high commissioners, ambassadors and diplomatic representatives in this country about the new Anti-Terrorism Bill was chaired by the Minister of Justice, Prison Affairs and Constitutional Reforms, President’s Attorney, Dr. Wijayadasa Rajapaksa, Minister of Foreign Affairs, President’s Attorney, Ali Sabri. The event was held at the Ministry.
The High Commissioners and Ambassadors have presented their views and suggestions regarding the new Anti-Terrorism Bill, and Minister Ali Sabri, Minister Wijayadasa Rajapaksa and the officers of the Attorney General’s Department have given answers to their concerns.
Minister of State for Justice and Prison Affairs Advocate Anuradha Jayaratne, Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Prison Affairs and Constitutional Reform Wasantha Perera, Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Aruni Wijayawardena, Additional Solicitor General, President’s Attorney, Neril Pulle and other officials joined the event.
